This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I just waited 10 mins on hold to get their answering service. My only option is to leave a voice mail. Why not just put me to the voice mail in the first place.There was a lot of back and forth because they didn't send some files that we have to sign. The proof of the design is different colour from the design I sent them and that's the reason of the call. Just not good experience and customer service.
